Salary, Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $24,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year DOE (raise eligibility after 3)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, after three - six months

Goals & Objectives of the Position:
1. Support and assist in managing the delivery of $300K captured monthly sales volume.
2. Sustain a 43% GP of delivered sales volume.
3. Sustain a CSI rating of 97% or higher based on monthly reports.
4. Maintain communication to the customer, the insurance personnel, and ensure the data is documented and inputted in file and computer.
5. Adhere to core company policies with 100% on-time attendance.

Employment Requirements:
Prior work experience: Customer sales and service preferred.
Educational degrees: High School or GED preferred.
Certificates & licenses: Automotive or business certifications hel

Ful.
Skill requirements: Business math, Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical requirements: Keyboarding / finger dexterity / repetitive motion.
Misc. requirements: Telephone and other communication skills.
