Position Overview:
City CARSTAR is searching for a Paint/Prep Technician to assist our lead painter in our Janesville, WI location. Responsible for:
    * All phases of preparation: preparing damaged area for painting, verifying parts are correct for the assigned repair, protecting the vehicle from primer and overspray, and removal of any overspray as necessary
    * Assist with color match and mix paint, in accordance with vehicle’s specifications and insurance guidelines
    * Maintain a clean work environment and keep all paint tools clean: spray guns, air sanders, etc.
    * Foster a positive team spirit with all employees

Requirements:
1-2 years+ experience in automotive painting. High-school diploma (or equivalent) preferred. Vocational Tech graduate or certification preferred. Must be able to work independently without close supervision, and be flexible/adaptable to constant change. A valid driver's license is required.

Benefits:
