Opportunity and position information: Ed Kenley Ford has an opening for an experienced AP/AR Clerk to work in a warm and supportive environment. We are looking for someone who has strong financial and organizational skills with prior accounts receivable experience, preferably working in an automobile dealership. We utilize Arkona, Dealer Track, and also Microsoft Office Applications.

Job Duties would include:

Receiving all payments and receipts on a daily basis from each department
Process credit card charges daily and prepare daily bank deposits
Work with customers to reconcile any accounts and work on collecting overdue payments
Approving credit applications and updating customer accounts
Preparing monthly statements and invoices
Monthly reconciliation reports
Monthly newsletter
Events coordinator
Any title experience is extremely helpful

Education Requirements:

High School Graduate
