Be a leader in helping your region all of its goals! Reporting to the RVP/VP Operations, you’ll be responsible for managing and supervising all phases of store operation including personnel matters, sales, core program, customer care, ensuring that their assigned stores operates in an effective and efficient manner and that operational support is provided within the guidelines of the administrative policies and procedures. Responsible for monitoring all store functions from sales through production to conform to all company policies.

Essential Functions:

    * Oversees and ensures the success of multiple locations within your region
    * Oversee and guide direct reports which include Store Managers
    * Trains and develops Store Managers and MIT’s in the areas of production and sales
    * Promotes a complete safe store environment for employees and customers
    * Ultimately responsible for ensuring that all current and newly created policies and procedures that are disbursed from admin are immediately communicated, and implemented at the store level
    * Conduct weekly region conference calls with area stores
    * Ensure that all staffing levels are fulfilled to the requirements for overall maximum economic benefit
    *  50% travel to area stores

Qualifications:

    * Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude
    * Use proper safety equipment and safety procedures
    * High school diploma or equivalent
    * Demonstrated math, reading, and writing skills to reconcile sales, prepare reports, and read technical manuals are necessary
    * Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening including background check, physical and drug screen
