In this role, you will be responsible for the operations of our Pittsburgh Service Department which includes interacting with and managing a staff of technicians, leading our service management & reconditioning activities, interacting with external vendors, and fulfilling all service activities needed to meet or exceed operating plan goals. The position also requires implementing and maintaining effective reconditioning processes and flows, effective vehicle production metrics and inventory control, and, managing technician productivity metrics.

All candidates must be able to work in an environment with a high value on integrity and uncompromising customer service, have a proven track record of detailed operational expertise with 5-7 years management experience.
