Opportunity and position information: Commercial Tire Store Managers (inside and outside sales) needed for a LARGE, privately owned Tire Store Group throughout Ohio and Western PA!
The Commercial Store Manager is responsible for all day to day operations of their location.
 
Responsibilities include:

-          Provide leadership, open communication and training to both sales and service personnel
-          Work closely with Regional Managers to support positive overall improvement
-          Analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements
-          Implement Plans for improvement
-          Manage monthly expenses
-          Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers
-          Maintain building and assets

Location(s):  Throughout Ohio and Western PA
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be willing to lead in a team environment and have a minimum of 3 years management experience.
 
Tire industry experience and P&L analysis preferred.
