Opportunity and position information: Busy northern Virginia body shop has an immediate opening for a full time Manager.

Experience with medium and heavy-duty trucks as well as other non-traditional vehicles preferred. Working knowledge of Mitchell Ultra-Mate, Truck Est., and Microsoft Office or similar estimating and management software necessary.

Manager controls job flow from estimating to invoicing, including parts and material procurement, dispatching and QC. Manager interacts with insurance companies, as well as commercial and individual clients.

The preferred candidate will bring not only their knowledge and experience but their professional relationships as well.

We are currently maintaining a steady amount of work through the shop with the expectation that the right individual will provide continued growth and stability.
