Opportunity and position information: MotorWorld in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is seeking experienced Sales Associates who will be responsible for selling new cars by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers, and closing sales. We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced environment.

In the Wyoming Valley area we represent Acura, Buick, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Pontiac, Toyota & Scion.

Primary Responsibilities:
    * Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
    * Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
    *  Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
    * Offers test drives to all prospects
    * Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction  

Requirements:
    * Outstanding communication skills
    * Professional appearance and work ethic
    * Great attitude with a high-energy personality
    * Superior customer service skills
    * Auto sales experience is required

Required Education:
    * High school diploma or the equivalent
