The ideal candidate needs to have good drivability / diagnostic skills and can read wiring diagrams and diagnose all electrical problems on today's vehicles. Must be able to work on air conditioning systems. BUT if you are a job jumper, don't have pride in your work, or are not customer driven, this opportunity is simply not for you.
